This rugged converter transforms a single 10G multimode fiber input into 10 Gigabit Ethernet outputs, enabling transmission distances up to 300 meters (984 feet). Built to withstand harsh environmental conditions, the CVT10PRO-M features an IP65 waterproof and dustproof rating, making it ideal for outdoor stadiums, touring productions, and permanent installations exposed to the elements. The converter is equipped with professional Neutrik connectors throughout: powerCON for reliable power delivery and etherCON RJ45 connectors for secure, locking Ethernet connections that prevent accidental disconnection. The robust 2U full-width design (482.6mm wide) provides ample space for internal components and ensures reliable operation in challenging conditions. The CVT10PRO-M includes dual fiber inputs (OPT1 Primary, OPT2 Backup) for redundancy, ensuring continuous operation even if one fiber link fails. Two 10G SFP Module-M (multimode) optical modules are pre-installed, eliminating the need for separate module purchases.
