NovaStar NOS-CC60 Imaging Colorimeter

The NOS-CC60 is a scientific calibration camera created by NovaStar for MLED (mini/micro-LED) displays. This high-end imaging colorimeter uses CIE1931 XYZ filter to accurately match the visual perception characteristics of human eyes, enabling it to collect brightness and chroma with higher precision. The camera is equipped with a semiconductor thermostatic cooling system to ensure high accuracy and stability of measurement results. With 61 megapixels and 3.97 fps high-speed capture, the NOS-CC60 delivers exceptional calibration efficiency. The system features variable ND filters for wider brightness coverage, making it suitable for a broad range of display brightness levels. The newly upgraded CC3 calibration software with simplified interaction design brings smoother and more comfortable operation experience. The NOS-CC60 supports NovaStar full-line control system and can perform cabinet correction or full screen calibration for SMD, COB, MIP, COG and other LED technologies. The multi-sample features learning algorithm uses various scenarios-based self-learning technology to achieve better consistency between modules after calibration, enabling freely splicing and exchange between lamp modules while maintaining image display unchanged. The enhanced accuracy ensures that white images appear as smooth as glass and blue images are free from mottling after calibration. The optimized curved surface correction algorithm allows for splicing as you wish after calibration. The system supports mixed-light elimination technology, making it suitable for calibration of finer-pitch screens to perfectly fix the difficult problem of calibrating COB color blocks of mini-LED screens. The NOS-CC60 includes industrial-grade dust-proof body with support for replacement of two fixed-focus lenses (50mm and 135mm).
