The VX1000 is a previous-generation all-in-one controller that integrates video processing and video control into one box. This model has been succeeded by the current-generation VX1000 Pro, which offers significant improvements including HDMI 2.0 support, enhanced layer management, 256 user-defined presets (up from 10), and improved 4K×2K@60Hz input capabilities. The VX1000 features 10 Ethernet ports and supports video controller, fiber converter and Bypass working modes. A VX1000 unit can drive up to 6.5 million pixels, with the maximum output width and height up to 10,240 pixels and 8192 pixels, respectively, which is ideal for ultra-wide and ultra-high LED screen applications.

Q: How do I update the Firmware on VX1000?
You must use V-Can to update the firmware and it must be updated over Ethernet not USB, you can not do it through NovaLCT, the update file is a large .img
Q: Why is my VX1000 stuck on the NovaStar logo loading screen?
Previous firmware versions had a bug that can cause the OS to become corrupt. There is a special USB recovery file that will bring the unit back to life, please contact us for the link.
Q: Are the fiber modules included with VX1000?
No, they are sold separately, not everyone uses fiber with this model so to offer the lowest price it doesn't include the modules. This device supports Single Mode and Multi Mode 10G SFP Modules. (Single Mode | Multi Mode)
