🛡️ 3-Year Warranty & RMA Process

All NovaStar products purchased through us include a 3-year manufacturer warranty. If you need to file a warranty claim or RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), we handle the entire process for you.

How Our RMA Process Works:

  1. Submit a Support Ticket - Select "Warranty / RMA Request" as the issue type below
  2. Provide Details - Include your product serial number and problem description
  3. Direct Processing - We'll get the RMA approved by NovaStar on your behalf
  4. Quick Resolution - You'll receive updates and next steps directly from us

No need to contact NovaStar directly - we act as your liaison and handle all warranty claims for products purchased through Olympian LED.
